Mark reserved products paid or cancel sales
Verify actual payment before Mark paid: that button records the sale and deducts stock; it does not charge a bank or verify external payment. Reserved, completed and cancelled affect stock and total differently.
Step by step
- Open “Calendar” from the sidebar.
- Open the appointment in Calendar. A product marked “Reserved · to charge” is still a reservation: it has not subtracted units or guaranteed availability. Check product, quantity and agreed price before payment and pickup.
- First verify you actually received payment through the agreed method, then select “Mark paid” and read the confirmation. The button only records a completed sale: it does not charge a bank or verify external payment. With sufficient stock it completes the sale, deducts units and updates the total. If stock is insufficient or the result is unclear, check the row and movements before retrying.
- To cancel a completed sale use × in the appointment products section and confirm. The record becomes cancelled, its units return to stock and the total recalculates. Do this only when those units should return to available inventory.
- To cancel an unpaid reservation, open “Product sales” on Maestro or Élite and use its “Cancel” action. Cancellation adds no units because reserving never subtracted them. In Calendar the reserved row has “Mark paid”; do not use that button to cancel.
- An issued receipt blocks marking a reservation paid or cancelling a completed sale: void the document first and reissue after correcting products. Cancelling an unpaid reservation stays available because it changes neither stock nor invoiced value. Cancelling a sale does not automatically refund money.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
