Inventory
How inventory works
Record products, track stock and register sales at the business. Internal inventory is included in all current plans.
Step by step
- Open “Inventory” from the sidebar.
- Check the active location. Add a product with its name and selling price; enter cost, category, SKU and alert threshold if needed. Initial stock is the quantity you physically hold. Save and review its detail; upload a photo or video when editing the saved product.
- When editing stock, enter the final count. To receive goods, open the detail and use “Restock” with the additional units. Then check the new quantity and recent movements.
- For an in-person sale, open the appointment in Calendar and its products-sold section. Add the sale, review the product, quantity and price, and confirm registration. A completed sale subtracts units and updates the appointment total.
- A product reservation from the public page awaits payment at the business: reserving does not subtract or guarantee stock. At payment and pickup, confirm it is marked paid. Cancelling a completed sale returns the units; cancelling a pending reservation does not add units.
- Use the low-stock filter and archive discontinued products to retain their history. The product-sales report requires Maestro or Élite; in-person selling is available on all plans. The public shop requires Élite. A service kit cost is a financial value separate from product stock.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
