Correct a product stock count

Current stock sets the final total; Restock adds units.

Where do you use Acomply?

Step by step

Open “Inventory” from the sidebar.
Count the physical units. Open the product and choose Edit; on desktop you can also edit directly from the list. Confirm you have the correct product.
In “Current stock” enter the actual total, a non-negative whole number. If it shows 10 but you have 8, enter 8, not -2. Do not use Restock for this correction.
Select “Save”. After success, reopen details and verify the total and adjustment movement. If it fails, check the fields and saved value before submitting again.
