Pause Mía or disconnect WhatsApp

Pausing replies keeps the connection; Disconnect removes the saved own-number connection and turns Mía off.

Step by step

  1. Open “Settings” from the sidebar.
  2. As owner, check the active location and open WhatsApp and Mía in Settings. Identify the connected business number before changing it.
  3. To handle conversations yourself temporarily, turn off Mía and wait for the pause confirmation. The number stays connected. This control stops automatic customer replies for that location; the registered owner assistant has separate access.
  4. If the connection failed, use Reconnect when offered. The old connection is replaced once Meta confirms the new one; disconnecting first is unnecessary.
  5. Choose Disconnect when you intend to remove that own-number connection. The button starts the action directly. On completion, Acomply clears its saved connection details, returns to Acomply-number mode and turns off Mía automatic replies.
  6. Wait for the result, then reopen or refresh Settings to check the number and Mía status. If an error appears or completion is uncertain, check the state before repeating; the local change does not establish that Meta removed all access.
  7. To use your number again, reconnect it and review activation requirements. Connecting alone does not guarantee Mía is replying; confirm her current status.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
