Connect or reconnect your WhatsApp

Manage the connection in WhatsApp and Mía; reconnecting preserves the connection until Meta confirms.

Step by step

1. Open “Settings” from the sidebar.
2. Check the active location and open “WhatsApp & Mía”. Connecting your own number requires Maestro or Élite. If it shows another location’s shared number, review that arrangement before connecting a different number.
3. Open the connection guide in this section. In WhatsApp Business, turn off greeting and away messages before enabling Mía to prevent duplicate replies.
4. Use “Connect my WhatsApp” and follow Meta using the business’s real number. If setup is pending, continue here; do not disconnect to start again. Read the warning or help for the exact error.
5. If it was connected and stopped working, use “Reconnect”. The old connection remains while Meta confirms the new one. Disconnecting is a separate action.
6. On return, check the displayed number, warnings and Mía status. A saved connection does not prove Mía is enabled or that messages arrive; review a controlled conversation before relying on it.
