Mía
Customize the message requesting a review after a visit
The review-request message is separate from Mía’s opening greeting and the notification switch that enables it.
Step by step
- Open “Settings” from the sidebar.
- As owner, check the location and Élite customization access. Open Settings → WhatsApp & Mía → “Customize your assistant”, then “Review request message”. Read-only or locked fields require the indicated plan access.
- Write a truthful request of up to 300 characters. To insert values, use the Spanish words nombre, profesional and negocio inside curly brackets, exactly as the field’s hint shows. The preview fills sample values; do not write a promise that every customer will publish a review.
- Press “Save” in that card, wait for confirmation, reload and check the saved message. To restore only standard review wording, clear this field and Save. “Reset” resets the whole card, including name, greeting and team term.
- Separately open Settings → “Notifications” and find “Ask for a review after the cita”. Turn the request on or off as intended; the switch saves on click. Saving copy alone does not enable the notification. Reopen and check the preference after confirmation.
- The request belongs to a completed appointment, with a system-owned review link that may appear as a button or text. It is not sent just because a client greets Mía or you save this field; changes do not resend earlier requests. It uses automated-notification balance, unlike Mía’s conversational replies.
- If saving fails, reload and check which fields persisted before retrying because card fields save separately. For a missing request, verify completed status, enabled preference, plan and balance, then the actual provider outcome. Saving or an attempt marker does not prove delivery; contact support if unclear.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
