Mía
Approve or reject a recurring request from Mía
A customer’s regular-visit request is pending until the owner decides; it is not already a calendar of confirmed visits.
Step by step
- Open “Home” from the sidebar.
- Customer Mía must be available in chat booking mode. The client specifies service, eligible professional, weekday, time and weekly, two-week or four-week cadence. Mía records the request; it does not book each occurrence before approval.
- As owner, check the active location and open “Home”. Find “Recurring plan requests” and verify customer, service, professional, weekday, time and frequency. The card is absent when there are no pending requests.
- Before approving, inspect hours, closures and calendar conflicts. Press “Approve” only for the intended request: that button applies approval directly, with no separate Save. It activates the plan and prepares appointments in the rolling eight-week window; conflicting dates may be skipped.
- To decline this pending request, press “Reject”. That decision is saved immediately. Approval or rejection may attempt a real WhatsApp notice to the client; dashboard success does not prove the notice was delivered or read.
- After approval, open the customer’s recurring plan and Calendar in the same location. Check active status and actual generated dates. A saved approval can exist even if appointment generation or the notification failed; confirm the calendar before promising visits.
- If an error appears or the card disappears unexpectedly, reload and inspect the plan before clicking again or creating a duplicate. Already-approved and rejected requests are different states. For a correction, manage the existing plan; contact support if generated dates or notice outcomes are unclear.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
