Mía

Move one recurring appointment or the whole plan with Mía

A one-visit change and a permanent plan change have different scope and confirmation steps.

Step by step

  1. Open “Clients” from the sidebar.
  2. Check that the client has an active recurring plan in the correct location and writes through its linked WhatsApp identity. Customer Mía must be available in chat mode. As owner, review the saved plan before interpreting which visits the client means.
  3. For one occurrence, name its date and requested new time, for example in Spanish: “Solo la cita del 12 de octubre, muévela a las 4”. Mía uses the normal reschedule process; the recurring schedule is not changed by that one appointment.
  4. For a permanent plan change, say clearly that all future visits should move to a new weekday or time. Mía first checks the upcoming plan dates and sends its exact read-back question. That preview alone changes nothing; if a date conflicts, the whole-plan move is refused. Read any warning about visits previously moved separately: those future visits are also included in the new plan schedule.
  5. Read that question and reply with a clear, unqualified yes only if the exact change is wanted. The confirmation expires after 15 minutes or intervening messages; a question, exception or “I will confirm later” is not consent. If uncertain, ask for clarification instead of saying yes.
  6. A successful whole-plan move updates visits from tomorrow onward; today’s visits stay. It keeps the plan’s service, professional and frequency. The result appears in this chat: check the saved plan and Calendar dates instead of waiting for a separate WhatsApp notice for each appointment.
  7. Temporary changes, “all except…” or changing the service/professional are not this whole-plan operation. Ask the owner to review the intended scope. After conflict, expired confirmation or technical error, inspect the original plan before trying again; do not move its visits one by one as a workaround.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
