Mía

Ask Mía about appointments and income through WhatsApp

Use your authorized personal number for business queries. Specify a date or period and check the location and data; queries do not make changes.

Step by step

  1. Check active Élite access and your linked personal number. From that number, open the connected WhatsApp chat for the location you want to query. Owner chat has different permissions from Help: a change request can execute actions, so phrase the query as a question.
  2. For the schedule, ask “what appointments do I have today?” or “show appointments from 10 to 15 October 2026”. You can specify a professional. Explicitly mention past dates when needed, for example “yesterday’s appointments”. Check date, time, service, professional and status in the answer.
  3. For figures, ask “income from 1 to 7 October 2026”, “most booked services this month” or “professional performance for that period”. You can also ask about no-shows, reviews or customers with the most visits. Compare the same period; saved revenue does not prove an online payment was approved.
  4. If information is missing or multiple records match, clarify the date, service or professional name and reference. Zero, missing data and a failed query are different outcomes. Check Calendar, History or the relevant report for facts you need to confirm.
  5. Each chat operates one location, not an all-location total. If Mía refuses another location, open the correct business chat or query that location from the dashboard. For more detail, use the dashboard’s Analysis assistant; its typed queries do not change records.
  6. If a reply is slow or missing, check connection and access before repeating. If you accidentally requested an action or are unsure whether a change occurred, inspect the saved record and contact support; a missing reply does not prove nothing changed. This chat does not use Help’s daily question allowance.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
