Upload nail designs customers can preview

Add a photo and name to your nail designs for the customer-page preview. Requires Looks AI access and a compatible nails experience.

Step by step

  1. Check the location and open “Settings” → “Business”. Find “Designs to try”. On a phone, scroll down within that tab. The card appears for compatible nails businesses; Maestro or Élite allows management. Do not change business type just to make the card appear.
  2. Enter a recognizable name up to 60 characters. Optionally link the design to a listed service: that link supports the result’s booking button. Linking does not change the service’s price, duration or appointments.
  3. Click “Choose a design photo” and choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 8 MB. Check that the nail pattern and colors are clear. Choosing the file only prepares it: the design is not saved yet.
  4. Click “Add design” and wait for “Design added”. Check the new card’s photo, name and linked service, then reload to verify it remains. Uploading a reference neither generates a preview nor sends a customer message.
  5. Open the customer link and check the nails experience in Looks AI. After uploading hands, customers can choose a business design. When no references are uploaded, the experience offers generic styles. Seeing a design does not mean a preview has been generated or an appointment booked.
  6. The current card does not offer design editing. To replace one, prepare and save the new reference, then delete the old one if it should no longer be offered. On the correct card, click Delete and confirm “Delete this design?”. Reload and check it is removed; the card has no Undo button.
  7. If upload fails, check name, format, size and access; inspect the list before repeating to avoid duplicates. If customers cannot see the design, check location, compatible experience and Looks AI availability. Contact support if saved state cannot be confirmed. Generated images remain simulations of the finished work.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
