Talk to Mía: microphone, call and limits

Ask by voice in Help when available. Élite and active access are required; Mía uses the same guides and read-only checks to help you.

Step by step

  1. Check the location and open Mía chat. Look for “Talk to Mía” and remaining time. Voice requires the service to be enabled for your account in addition to Élite. If missing, check access and availability with support; guides and text chat are independent.
  2. Click Talk to Mía and allow the microphone when the browser or app requests it. Use a secure connection and a device with a microphone. If permission was denied, change the site or app permissions and reopen Help. The conversation cannot work while microphone access is blocked.
  3. Wait for “Microphone on. You can speak now.” and speak naturally. Explain one task or question at a time; no special question opening is needed. Voice uses the language selected in Help. Avoid speaking passwords, card information or clinical details.
  4. Also read the answer and guide cards on screen: they contain detailed steps and links. Speech may summarize them. Voice does not book, pay, change records or send messages for you. If it needs a selected record, end the call and choose it in text chat.
  5. Voice Help includes 20 minutes per account per month, shared across locations, with a 2-minute maximum per call. The displayed balance is the available time; a short call consumes at least 15 seconds. Questions requiring Help lookups also use its question allowance. Unlimited text chat does not make voice unlimited.
  6. To stop listening, click “End call”. Closing Help, opening Guides, hiding the browser tab or leaving the app also ends the call. Page navigation with Help visible can keep it running. After it ends, the microphone turns off and you can continue typing.
  7. Only one call can run for an account. If another call, usage settlement or unconfirmed usage is shown, continue by text and wait for availability; contact support if it persists. Avoid repeated starts or assuming time was refunded. After a connection failure, check the notice and availability before another call.
  8. Help currently has no spoken voice or accent picker. Tone and emoji settings change Mía’s WhatsApp writing. This call is owner Help, not a customer telephone call. Voice does not record audio; a transcript visible during the call helps you follow the conversation.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
