Mía
Ask Mía and browse its guides
Use Help for instructions and read-only checks. Here Mía guides you; you save changes in the appropriate screen.
Step by step
- Check the active location and click the Mía mascot at the dashboard’s bottom right. You can also open Help from navigation when available. Sign in as the owner; if it is missing, check access or contact support.
- Write what you need in your own words, such as “I want to connect WhatsApp” or “I can’t find my appointment”. No special question opening is required. Mention the screen and whether you use a phone or computer; avoid passwords, full customer numbers and clinical details.
- Press Send and wait for the answer. On a computer, Enter sends and Shift+Enter adds a line; on a phone or app use the Send button. If Mía asks a clarification, provide the missing detail. Avoid submitting the same question repeatedly while it is being checked.
- Open “Guides” to browse categories or search for a feature or task. Expand a guide to read its steps. “Ask the AI” prepares a question in chat; review it and send it when ready.
- Follow the guide’s link and save the change on that screen. On a computer, Help can remain open while you navigate; on a phone, the link closes the panel to show the screen. Reopen Mía to continue during the same navigation and location. Changing owner or location separates the conversation.
- Help does not create or cancel appointments, change prices, reconnect WhatsApp or send messages for you. It can explain steps and check permitted information. Use the Analysis assistant for business figures; for a record-specific issue, Mía may ask you to select it.
- The balance below the question shows available requests: normally 30 per account per day, shared across locations. A location explicitly enabled for unlimited text shows that status; other locations keep their configured limit. Guides and support remain available if chat is paused or the allowance is exhausted. For an unconfirmed response, use “Check answer” when offered before repeating the question.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
