Mía

How clients book through Mía

Natural-language chat can create a real appointment after the client chooses an available service, professional and time.

Step by step

  1. Open “Settings” from the sidebar.
  2. Check the active location, Maestro or Élite access and that customer Mía is connected and enabled. In “How Mía books”, choose “In the chat”. Link mode sends new bookings to a published page with a valid link; if that page is unpublished or has no valid link, Mía continues booking in chat.
  3. The client writes to the business number normally. For example in Spanish: “Quiero reservar el servicio X mañana con Ana”. Use a real service and professional; Mía asks only for missing booking details. A greeting does not book anything.
  4. Mía checks the selected service and professional’s real availability. The client chooses an offered time or requests an exact time; asking whether a time is free is not permission to reserve it. An offered slot can be taken before the booking saves.
  5. With assignment by availability enabled, a client without a preference can choose a time and Mía selects an eligible available professional. If the client names someone, that preference remains; working hours alone do not authorize every service.
  6. For family, say clearly that an additional appointment is for another person and give their name. For several services, use a saved combined service when available; separate bookings still follow customer limits. Review each result because one can save while another fails.
  7. Treat the appointment as booked only after a successful result. As owner, open Calendar or History in the same location and verify date, time, service and professional. Saved booking and WhatsApp confirmation delivery are different outcomes.
  8. If Mía reports a conflict or limit, choose an actual alternative or review the configured rule. After an uncertain reply, check the saved appointment first; repeating “book” can create an unwanted additional visit. For a recurring plan, use its request process instead.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
