Turn a Mía recommendation into a campaign draft

On Élite, analyze a period and prepare a suggested promotion for review in Marketing. Creating the draft does not send customer messages.

Step by step

1. Check the active location and open “Analysis assistant”. Find “Instant analysis”. On a phone, open the page from navigation and scroll to this block. If it shows Élite access, check the plan; typing in query chat is a different feature.
2. Choose Today, Week, Month or Year and wait for the result. These buttons query today or the last 7, 30 or 365 days, not necessarily the calendar week or month. Check the result’s dates and location before comparing figures.
3. Read the headline figure, observations and recommended actions. Compare any doubtful figure with the same period in the dashboard. Reports shows saved biweekly analyses; opening it does not generate this instant analysis, and this on-demand result does not replace that history.
4. If a recommendation offers “Create promo draft”, click it to prepare the campaign. Not every action has a promotion. Wait for “Draft created — review it in Marketing”. An existing draft of that template for the location that day may be reused instead of creating another.
5. Open Marketing from the confirmation link and find the draft. Review title, message, audience, discount, services, days and hours. The prepared draft neither approves those values nor sends messages; adjust what is needed before continuing through the campaign flow.
6. Sending or scheduling from Marketing can start real messages and requires the displayed permissions, own WhatsApp, consent and conditions. Follow the campaign guide for that step. Do not recreate the draft to try to resend a campaign or fix unconfirmed delivery.
7. “Download HTML report” downloads the displayed report rather than generating another. If analysis or creation fails, read the notice; check Marketing for an already-saved draft before repeating. If you cannot confirm the result, contact support with the location and period.
