Generate and check an AI booking QR

On Élite, create a visual version of your location’s QR. Each generation uses its limited allowance; check scanning before printing or sharing.

Step by step

1. Check the location and open “Settings” → “Business”. Find “So your customers can book” and check the displayed booking link. On a phone, scroll to this card. Plain QR downloads are separate; the AI version requires Élite.
2. First review the saved logo and brand colors: AI uses them as references when available. The AI version has a finite generation allowance, normally three total for the location. It is not a daily or monthly balance and does not reset over time. Use the displayed balance when available.
3. In “AI version”, click “Generate with AI” and wait. Avoid repeated clicks or another generation while it runs. Wait for “AI version generated” and check the image and remaining allowance. Generation does not book an appointment or send the QR to customers.
4. Download PNG below the AI image and keep a copy. Use that file in your materials; generation does not automatically publish it. Before printing, scan it with a phone camera and check the correct page and location open. If viewing it on that same phone, test from another device.
5. If it is hard to scan or opens an incorrect link, do not print it. Use the plain QR above: Download PNG or Download SVG. SVG supports scaling in designs without losing definition. A generated image’s appearance does not guarantee scannability.
6. Generate another uses another available generation. After a limit notice or failure, check the image and allowance before repeating; do not assume an uncertain request used no allowance. The plain QR remains available. Contact support if generation or balance cannot be confirmed.
