Mía on these channels uses public business data and new-booking links, with separate connection and automatic-reply controls.

Step by step

1. Open “Settings” from the sidebar.
2. As owner, check the active location. Open Settings → Identity and find the channel card if available for your account. Follow its guide; do not send passwords or codes to Help. A hidden channel or unavailable replies cannot be enabled by another channel’s switch.
3. After connecting, check the linked business account and that channel’s automatic-reply status and usage. Connection alone leaves automation separate. If activation is offered, change only its own switch, wait for confirmation and reload; plan, platform availability, access and remaining allowance can still prevent replies.
4. When automatic replies are available, Mía can explain saved public services, prices and descriptions, list eligible professionals and check options for a new booking. A suggested time is not reserved; the client follows the real booking page to complete it.
5. These chats cannot read private appointments, clients, payments or health records. They cannot create appointments or move, cancel or confirm existing ones. A typed phone number or profile name does not verify ownership. For management, follow the business page and sign in where required.
6. Open the channel inbox when offered and inspect the latest conversation. A request for a human can leave the conversation pending for the team; it does not prove an owner read a notification. Pause/resume affects that conversation and channel only. Before resuming, read any technical-review warning and check the outcome.
7. Accepted, delivered and read are different outcomes; Telegram acceptance alone does not prove delivery or reading. If sending or saving is uncertain, reload, read the actual conversation and check the stored outcome before repeating. Contact support with channel, location, time and displayed warning; do not assume reconnecting resends missed replies.
