Review WhatsApp conversations
The inbox lets you view conversations and inspect message status.
Step by step
- Open “Messages” from the sidebar.
- Check the active location and open “Messages”. Your account may show the usual inbox or the workspace with multiple channels, depending on availability.
- Search by name or phone. Conversations needing attention are grouped at the top. If your workspace offers filters, use All or Needs attention; return to All if a conversation seems missing. On mobile, use Back to return to the list.
- Select the conversation and read the latest messages before replying. For a booking issue, also check the saved appointment: message status does not prove an appointment was created or cancelled.
- Distinguish Customer, Mía and You bubbles. Mía action indicators help locate a booking, confirmation, change, cancellation or human-help request; check the actual record before repeating that action.
- Use Pause or Resume when the conversation offers that control and you intend to change its automatic replies. The manual composer depends on actual availability: a Coming soon notice means replies cannot be sent here; handle them in WhatsApp Business. If enabled, review text and recipient before Send.
- Respect the WhatsApp service-window notice. Free-form messages may be unavailable outside that window; do not change wording or repeat attempts to bypass the warning.
- If sending fails or the result is uncertain, check the WhatsApp conversation and recorded outcome before retrying. Accepted, delivered and read are different states; contact support if the outcome cannot be confirmed.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
