Understand income, expenses and profit in Summary

Indicators use saved statuses and values, not a bank statement or a paid-commission balance.

Step by step

  1. Open “Summary” from the sidebar.
  2. Open Summary and confirm location and date range. Values follow appointment dates. An owner sees the business; a collaborator sees only their production and commission, without expenses or the owner split.
  3. Choose Today, This month,7/15/30 days or Custom From/To. The end cannot precede the start or exceed today. Filters load automatically, without Save. The income tile opens History with Completed and the same date range so you can trace its records.
  4. Realized income sums completed appointments; expected income includes appointments not cancelled or marked no-show. A future booking is not realized income. Marking an appointment completed does not automatically verify cash, transfer or card payment.
  5. For owners, their share subtracts saved commissions for professionals who are not marked as the owner’s own professional profile. Displayed profit additionally subtracts single expenses and recurring instances in the period. It includes retained kit money and does not automatically deduct all product costs or bank outflows.
  6. Before using the result for accounting compare appointments, commissions, expenses and actual payments. Add expenses only once. Changing or pausing a recurring rule also changes its displayed historical amounts; recheck earlier periods after those changes.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
