Generate, download or void receipts

Internal receipts records appointment documents; Acomply subscription payments have a separate history.

Step by step

  1. Open “Receipts” from the sidebar.
  2. Open “Receipts” and distinguish Issued from Voided. Check customer, appointment, date and amount. You can also open an individual appointment receipt from Calendar. These documents are not your Acomply subscription payment history.
  3. The current list has Issued/Voided filters and shows up to 200 newest documents; its count is not a complete lifetime total. Collaborators only see their own professional’s receipts and cannot batch-generate or void. For a missing old document, inspect its appointment or ask support.
  4. “Generate today's receipts” finds completed appointments for today (Bogotá date) without an issued receipt, up to 50 per batch. Read generated and skipped counts; a current receipt does not create a duplicate. In Calendar, finalize product sales that must appear first.
  5. Open the PDF and verify services, completed products, discounts and total before sharing. Product reservations awaiting payment do not appear as completed sales. Generating a document does not charge a card or prove receipt of a bank payment.
  6. PDF opens in a browser tab on web. In the native app its button waits for a prepared secure link and opens externally. If it is disabled or expired, return/reload to renew the link and open the existing document; do not reissue merely to fix a download.
  7. As owner you can Void after reading “Void receipt?”. The document stays in history and can be reissued from the corrected appointment. Voiding a receipt does not cancel the appointment, return stock or refund money; review those operations separately.
  8. These are internal receipts, not DIAN electronic invoicing. Generation supports COP; changing currency does not convert earlier documents. Élite enables a brand logo and color on the receipt, but does not change the currency limitation.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
