Review commissions and supply costs
Commission is calculated after supplies; review the appointment and applicable settings.
Step by step
- Open “Summary” from the sidebar.
- In Summary choose a period containing the completed appointment and review the commission split. For day-by-day details use Income, available on Maestro and Élite. Always confirm location, professional and appointment.
- For future appointments review “Kit / materials cost” when editing the service and the professional percentage. A professional percentage above zero takes priority; when zero, the service percentage applies. The kit is a fixed cost in the business currency.
- Commission is the percentage of the service-line charge after deducting the kit, with a minimum base of zero. Example: service 40,000, kit 5,000 and 50% commission gives 17,500 commission. The kit does not remove Inventory units.
- Appointments keep saved values; changing the catalog does not automatically rewrite history. Your share includes money retained for the kit and is not net profit. Earned commission is also not an outstanding professional-payout balance.
- When an appointment includes products, compare its saved commission with service charges and kit cost before paying the professional. For some older appointments without a service breakdown, completing the appointment can calculate commission on the total including products; if it differs from your agreement, ask support to review that appointment before correcting or paying.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
