Check business details and branding on receipts

New receipts retain issued business details; inspect older PDFs before reusing them because very old header fallbacks can differ.

Step by step

  1. Open “Settings” from the sidebar.
  2. As owner, select the location and open “Settings” → Business. Open business details and check trade name, legal name, NIT, address and phone as appropriate. Save that group, reopen and verify each field; grouped saves may partly succeed if another field fails.
  3. On Élite, receipt branding can use the saved business logo and accent color from Identity. Save the branding controls separately and verify the public/business preview. A logo that cannot be loaded may be absent from the PDF while the receipt still issues. Other plans keep standard styling.
  4. Check the next newly issued COP receipt’s business header, customer and totals before sharing. New receipt header snapshots do not change with settings. Some very old documents without that snapshot may use current header details when reopened; inspect the actual PDF before sharing. These are internal receipts, not DIAN electronic invoicing; this screen does not expose a tax-rate setup or automatic legal filing.
  5. For a wrong issued document, keep it as history, void it through the authorized action and reissue after correcting supported fields. Do not change currency to force a COP document from other-currency amounts. If logo/header remains wrong or a legal requirement is missing, contact support with the receipt and location.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
