Manage a Stripe web subscription

Use the shown provider; portal management differs from Acomply plan changes.

Step by step

1. Open “Plan & top-ups” from the sidebar.
2. As owner in the browser, open Plans and verify Stripe billing. Do not use this flow for Apple/Google purchases.
3. To subscribe/change plan, choose the target card and review Stripe checkout price/terms. It can charge; opening checkout does not confirm subscription.
4. For card, cancellation or invoices, use Manage in Stripe when offered. Read each portal action before accepting; plan changes start from Acomply cards.
5. Return to Acomply and verify plan, status, date and History. A portal request or return alone does not prove state updated.
6. If provider configuration blocks entry or payment is uncertain, retain reference/notice and use support. Do not buy the same plan again to check.
