Buy, resume or cancel a pending pack
If charged or the charge is uncertain, do not use Buy, Complete payment / Resume payment or Cancel: review that purchase and contact support. Complete payment / Resume payment only resumes an abandoned web payment you verified remains unpaid; it does not check credits.
Step by step
- Open “Plan & top-ups” from the sidebar.
- First identify the case. If charged or unsure whether you were, do not press Buy, Complete payment / Resume payment or Cancel: open “Usage & packs” in the correct location, review the existing purchase and keep its receipt and reference for support. For a new purchase with no prior payment, check resource, quantity, balance and price. Included allowance may be shared; purchased packs belong to the location.
- Buy starts real payment: offered Wompi on web or an available store product in app. If unavailable follow the notice, not another currency/provider workaround.
- After payment check the saved purchase and credited balance. Provider approval and credit application differ; waiting is not proof of rejection. A balance increase or success notice alone does not confirm that purchase.
- Complete payment / Resume payment leads back to web payment; it does not check whether the pack was applied. Use it only for an abandoned pending purchase after verifying no charge occurred and it remains unpaid. Resume that existing row and reference. If charged or the outcome is unknown, do not use Complete payment / Resume payment even if shown: read the purchase again and contact support.
- Cancel payment is only for a pending purchase you verified is unpaid, when offered; read the confirmation and check history afterward. Do not use it if charged or the charge outcome is unknown. It cancels the pending record; it does not refund a paid purchase or cancel the subscription.
- If charged without credit, retain reference/receipt and contact support. Do not repeat, cancel or buy another pack to test uncertain payment state.
