Save or remove the automatic-renewal card

Saving a card, renewing and cancelling subscription are different actions.

Where do you use Acomply?

Step by step

Open “Plan & top-ups” from the sidebar.
As owner, open Plan and account or How to pay in the browser. Use this Wompi card only when offered; Stripe/store subscriptions use their provider.
Open Add card and enter number, expiry, CVC and holder in the payment form. Check the account; do not paste card data into Help or WhatsApp.
Press Save and wait. Verify brand/last digits and enabled automatic renewal. Saving a card does not prove a pending renewal was charged.
To remove it, use Remove and wait for confirmation. Reload and check it is no longer enabled; removal does not refund payment or cancel an initiated charge.
If save/remove fails, inspect state before retrying. For uncertain charges use reference/history and support, not another card or payment as a test.
