Change logo, photos and dashboard background
Identity contains brand and appearance; dashboard background is available on all plans.
Step by step
- Open “Settings” from the sidebar.
- As owner, check location and open Identity → Branding. Logo/hero photo save on every plan; other appearance controls have separate conditions.
- Choose logo/hero in its field: JPG, PNG or WebP up to 4 MB. Selected files are local previews until Save; check the correct image.
- Press “Save identity” and wait. Logo and photo save separately; an error can leave only one saved.
- Reload and verify both fields and the client page. Clearing a pending selection does not prove a saved image was deleted.
- Dashboard background applies on click on every plan. Accent-theme swatches depend on plan. Public-page background is a separate block with its own guide/access.
- If upload/save fails, check format/size and persisted state before retrying. Do not edit another location or generate a background to repair logo upload.
