Import a catalog with AI and review before saving
Step by step
- As owner open Already have a catalog? Beta in initial setup Services, when present. It prepares services only, not customers, bookings or history. Use public business material without customer personal data. Content is sent to OpenAI to prepare the draft.
- Choose Photo or PDF, Paste text or Website. JPG/PNG/WebP or PDF up to 3 MB and 8 pages are supported; the browser can shrink large photos. Text:10–30,000 characters. Websites must be public HTTPS, not sign-in-only pages. Press Prepare draft and wait.
- In Review what we found select services you actually offer; exclude unrelated/duplicate items. Correct name and whole-minute duration 10–480. Open Description, category and original text to review those fields and compare evidence. AI can omit/misread data; up to 40 services per read does not mean a complete or verified catalog.
- Choose Fixed price, Price range or No published price per row. Enter amounts in the business currency; maximum must exceed minimum. Currency is not converted automatically. Resolve duplicate names and incomplete values; Use this data activates only for a valid selection.
- Press Use this data and review the main table again. It replaces untouched starter suggestions or adds nonduplicate names to your edited list. It is still a draft: publish with Save and continue, wait for Team and verify Services. An imported draft may survive reload in this tab for 24 hours; that does not prove business data was saved.
- If reading fails use Another source or continue manually. Respect allowance/busy notices; closing during reading does not guarantee an attempt is restored. Edit reviewable values rather than repeating reads to fix them. If saving fails inspect rows already saved before retrying.
