Create or change a service

Set the service name, duration, price, professionals and availability.

Step by step

1. Open “Services” from the sidebar.
2. As owner, select “New service” or open a service and choose Edit. Check the active location before changing the catalog.
3. Enter name, category, a whole-minute duration from 10 to 480 and a positive price. Category is required. Check the consultation toggle if applicable. Initial setup uses a different form where price may be optional.
4. Complete Description with the real inclusions, exclusions and preparation details. Mía reads that saved text when answering service questions. If you use the AI drafting button, review and correct its proposal before saving; it does not verify facts about your business.
5. Review supply/kit cost and commission if applicable: these differ from the customer price. Kit cost reduces the commission base. Catalog changes do not rewrite saved financial values of previous appointments.
6. Check “Active”. If the screen directs service assignment to the team, open each professional’s profile; otherwise check the service’s professional picker. Active does not mean available at any time.
7. Save and reopen the service to check category, price, duration and state. Review it on the booking page. If it is missing or offers no times, check assignment, working hours and closures before creating another service.
