Booking page & online shop
Products are missing on the public page
Separate an unavailable page from a hidden product; check location, publication, plan, filters, active status and physical stock.
Step by step
- Open “Inventory” from the sidebar.
- If the page does not open or shows another location, check the active location’s public link and publication in Business → Locations. An unpublished, archived, suspended or new-booking-locked location does not offer the same public flow. Do not change another location’s products to fix that link.
- If the page opens but has no products section, check the plan: the public shop requires Élite. Inventory on Esencial or Maestro does not enable that section. With no eligible products the section may disappear; you do not need another business or a payment setup to diagnose it.
- If one product is missing, open “Inventory” in that same location. Clear search, choose all categories and remove the low-stock filter; include archived items if needed to locate it. Open the correct record and check active status and physical stock above zero. Inventory filters do not publish or archive the product.
- If goods arrived, use “Restock” to add the received quantity; if the saved count is wrong, in Edit set “Current stock” to the correct physical total. Save, wait for the result and reopen the record to verify the total. After an uncertain error, read stock and movements before repeating a restock: it could add twice.
- If saved values are correct, refresh the same public link and choose all product categories. Check name, price and availability. The list uses physical stock without subtracting unpaid reservations; seeing a product does not guarantee held units or a saved reservation.
- Products are added to an appointment booking for payment and pickup at the business; this does not promise shipping or standalone checkout. If still missing, give support the location, product, link, plan and visible warning. Do not duplicate the product as a test. Dashboard Help reads and guides; it does not publish products, change stock or charge from chat.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
