Download and check the customer QR

Share the correct location’s booking QR, not the team login.

Where do you use Acomply?

Step by step

Open “Settings” from the sidebar.
Check the selected location. In “Business” find “So your customers can book” and read the address beside the QR.
Download PNG for printing or SVG for artwork that needs scaling. These downloads are separate from Generate with AI; the standard QR does not require generating another design.
Before sharing or printing, scan the downloaded file with another device and confirm it opens that location’s booking page. Do not give customers the URL ending in /admin. If the wrong location opens, switch locations and download again.
