Add products to a customer appointment reservation

The public product cart is optional and tied to a service appointment; products are paid for and collected at the business.

Step by step

1. Open “Settings” from the sidebar.
2. Check the correct location’s published customer page and Élite online-shop access. Products must be active and have on-hand stock. The Products showcase filters categories and shows saved descriptions/prices; images are not product ratings or customer reviews.
3. Add a product from the showcase to enter service selection, or start by choosing a service. In the optional product step, use +/− to change quantity; zero removes an item. Review quantities and product subtotal. Continue carries them forward; Skip clears selected products but continues the service booking.
4. Complete professional, date/time and the identity/contact/consent steps offered by the booking flow, then review and confirm the appointment. Adding to the cart or pressing Continue does not save a reservation or charge a card. This is not standalone product checkout, shipping or delivery.
5. Check the confirmed ticket’s actual product names, quantities and saved prices. Inactive/invalid items can be omitted while the appointment still saves, and catalog prices can change before confirmation. The backend result, not the earlier cart display, is authoritative.
6. Reserved products do not reduce or guarantee stock and are paid/picked up at the business. The owner reviews pending lines in Calendar and marks paid only after actual payment and stock confirmation. If missing or uncertain, check the saved appointment before booking again; resolve shortages with the business.
7. Cancelling that saved appointment through its normal cancellation action also cancels its unpaid reserved products without returning stock. Paid product sales and money refunds remain separate actions. Verify the appointment and its product statuses after cancellation instead of assuming a message alone completed it.
