Create, change or cancel a recurring plan

Set regular visits from the customer profile and check each created appointment and notice.

Step by step

  1. Open “Clients” from the sidebar.
  2. As owner, open the customer profile and Recurring plan. Check the active service, professional and their working hours. With no plan choose Create plan; for an existing one use Edit plan.
  3. Choose professional, service, weekday, time and weekly, every-two-weeks or every-four-weeks frequency. Every four weeks uses 28-day intervals rather than calendar months. Review before saving. Creation attempts to book the next eight weeks; it does not guarantee eight appointments or that every week is free.
  4. Read how many appointments were created and skipped due to conflicts. Open Calendar or History to check actual dates; the Scheduled until label does not prove an appointment exists every week.
  5. Editing the plan schedule changes appointments after today; today’s appointment stays unchanged. Check the new dates. A service-only edit saves without notifying the customer; do not expect a WhatsApp for that change.
  6. If “Plan updated. The new appointments will be scheduled automatically later. Let the customer know.” appears, the plan has been updated even though new appointments will be scheduled later. Reopen the plan and Calendar before creating or repeating anything; do not create a second plan to replace it.
  7. Customer notification has a separate outcome from saving. If “We couldn't reach the customer on WhatsApp, so let them know.” appears, contact the customer yourself and confirm the changes with them. A saved plan or notification result does not prove the message was read.
  8. Cancel plan disables recurrence and cancels its pending appointments from today onward. Read the confirmation and review today’s appointments too; confirm only if that is intended. Inform the customer of changes and check the saved state.
  9. If cancelling the plan fails or returns no clear result, reopen the plan and also check appointments from today in Calendar. The plan may have stopped while some appointments remain active. Verify both results before repeating or creating another plan; contact support if they disagree.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
