Your business
Use one WhatsApp for several locations
Sharing a number neither copies appointments nor guarantees active Mía.
Step by step
- Open “Settings” from the sidebar.
- As owner, open Settings → Business → “Your locations”. Look for “One WhatsApp for all locations” only if your account offers it. It needs linked locations and an eligible connected number; this option is not available to every account.
- Read the shown host location: it already has the connected number that will be shared. Check participating locations; locations with their own connected WhatsApp keep that number. Do not reconnect the same number through Meta to multiple independent locations to simulate sharing.
- If you want the change, choose “Share WhatsApp” and read the confirmation before “Confirm”. If only a missing-number notice appears or the card is absent, review the offered connection setup or ask support; do not assume sharing can be enabled.
- Wait for confirmation and reload. Check which locations show their own or shared WhatsApp in the list. In each linked location open WhatsApp & Mía: if “SHARED” appears, check the host location and shown number; “View in Locations” returns to location management.
- Sharing the number does not automatically enable Mía or merge customers, appointments or permissions. Check Mía’s activation per location. A new conversation can ask for a location; others can continue in the known location. Check the destination before managing an appointment; a group exclusion can prevent the question.
- To end sharing, use “Stop sharing” and read the confirmation. Locations that depended on that number can lose the connection and have Mía paused; review the notice and each location’s connection before reactivating it.
- If the operation fails or its result is unclear, inspect the state before repeating it or reconnecting. Saved sharing state does not prove a customer received a reply. If location and number cannot be verified, contact support.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
