Your business
Which data belongs to each location
Check the active location: locations share an account and billing, while each keeps its own records.
Step by step
- Open “Home” from the sidebar.
- As owner, check the active location name before opening Calendar, Clients, Team, Services or Settings. For another location, use “Switch location” and wait for the reload; working in one does not automatically select another.
- Each location keeps its appointments, schedules, professionals, services and catalog, customer profiles and business settings. A person visiting multiple locations does not mean that profiles or changes in one are combined with the others.
- When creating or configuring another location, review its team, services, hours, address and other details before publishing. Do not assume appointments, customers or the whole catalog were copied from the previous location; check what actually appears.
- In “Your locations”, use “Copy link” or “Open site” for the published location you want to share. Check the public page’s name and address. Each location has its link; a location picker can offer other published pages.
- The account’s locations share the owner’s login and one plan bill; you do not need to sign up again to manage them. This does not merge their records. Collaborators keep access to their assigned location.
- Sharing WhatsApp, when the panel offers it, connects conversations across locations; it does not copy their data. Before saving a change or communicating an appointment, confirm which location owns that record.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
