Your business
I selected Save and do not know whether it worked
Check the saved record before repeating a booking, change, send or payment.
Step by step
- If Save is still loading or the connection dropped, wait and check the connection. Do not repeatedly select Save, Book, Send or Pay: a missing notice or network error does not prove that the action failed.
- Before reloading or leaving, securely preserve any non-sensitive text you still need and note the approximate time and screen. Not every form preserves drafts. A full reload or location switch can lose unsaved edits.
- Check the active location and open the relevant list or detail. For an appointment, check the date, professional and customer; for a service, product or expense, find the record and compare its fields. Remove filters that may hide it. Finding the saved changes avoids creating it again.
- If the data looks old, use Refresh in the top bar after preserving edits. If slow navigation offers Open page again, that control performs a full load. Read the record afterward: reloading alone does not confirm the Save outcome.
- Distinguish a draft from a final result. A campaign draft may be saved even if scheduling fails; open that same draft. Public booking may restore a temporary selection after sign-in, but that is not a confirmed appointment or a guarantee that dashboard forms retain drafts.
- For payments, check purchase history and status before paying again. If it remains pending or disagrees with the provider receipt, do not start another charge or assume a retry button proves there was no charge. For campaigns or messages, check their status before resending.
- If you cannot establish the outcome, contact support with the location, screen, action, approximate time, device and visible message. Remove customer data from screenshots and never send passwords, codes or full card details. Clarify the outcome before repeating the action.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
