Before opening: check today’s work

A daily routine to check the location, bookings, team and products before the first customer arrives.

Step by step

  1. Sign in with your owner account and check the active business and location. If you switch locations, wait for the reload and check the name before reviewing or editing records.
  2. Open “Calendar” and select today’s date for the business. Check the displayed day and professional filter; a filtered view may hide appointments. An empty screen or loading error does not establish that there are no bookings.
  3. Review the first appointments and then the rest of the day: customer, time, professional, service, duration and status. Open any uncertain booking to check its details. If an agreed booking is missing, search “History” before creating another.
  4. Check who is working today in “Hours” and review breaks and time ranges. If a time looks wrong, also check general opening hours and the business timezone in Settings. Review saved values; change hours only when the actual working arrangements have changed.
  5. In Calendar, review hourly blocks and day closures. If they affect existing appointments, agree how to handle or move those visits before editing. A block or closure does not automatically cancel or reschedule them; do not delete it just to remove a notice.
  6. If products are due for pickup, open the appointment’s products and compare quantities with “Inventory” and physical stock. A product reservation neither deducts stock nor guarantees availability. Prepare available items and resolve shortages; mark paid only after actually receiving payment.
  7. Finish with the first appointment identified and conflicts clarified with the team. Keep visits that have not happened pending: confirming a booking does not mean the service was performed. If you saved a change, reopen the record and verify it before continuing.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
