Your business
I cannot find a feature or button
Check the menu, role, location, plan and availability before concluding that something is broken.
Step by step
- Identify the task and screen named in the guide. On desktop, expand the sidebar to see labels; on a phone, open More in the bottom bar. A different layout does not mean a feature is missing.
- Check which account you signed in with. Owners and collaborators see different options: a collaborator cannot gain Settings, Services or other owner tools by opening a link. Ask the owner to review the task from their own account without sharing passwords.
- Verify the active location name. Catalog, hours and connections may differ at another location. If you see read-only mode or an access restriction, follow that notice; preserve unsaved edits before switching locations.
- As the owner, check the plan and subscription status in Billing. Some features depend on Esencial, Maestro or Élite; others also need setup or activation. Do not buy a plan change solely because a button is absent: confirm the applicable requirement first.
- Distinguish desktop browser, phone browser and installed app. Menus, device permissions and purchase options can differ. Select that device in the guide; installing the app does not grant owner permissions or change the plan.
- Some tools are enabled gradually by account. A public guide or plan capability does not establish that they are active for you. Dashboard Help may not appear yet; do not look for hidden voice or automatic service-editing controls as though they were enabled.
- If an expected option is still missing, preserve edits and reload the page once. If it persists, contact support with the task, screen, role, location, plan and device. Include only a screenshot with private data removed so support can check the specific availability.
Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
