Enable notifications on a collaborator’s device

Where do you use Acomply?

Step by step

Open your team or professionals section from the sidebar; its name depends on the business.
The collaborator signs into their own account and opens My profile→Edit→Notifications on this device. Use their actual device; the owner cannot grant another phone’s browser permission. In-app bell and device notifications differ.
Press Activate and accept the browser/system prompt. On iPhone the web version may require opening Acomply through its Home Screen icon; the store-installed app uses its own system permission. Follow this screen’s notice.
Wait for active-device status and send one test notification. Check actual receipt on that device; sending success does not prove display. This test can send a real notification.
For denied permission inspect browser/system settings; unsupported/unconfigured notices need the owner/support. Repeated tests do not fix configuration. Deactivate affects this device, not appointments or every device on the account.
