Reviews appear after appointments and can be filtered by professional.

Where do you use Acomply?

Step by step

Open “Reviews” from the sidebar.
As owner, open Reviews in the correct location. Review customer/rating/text/date/professional; no reviews does not prove failed requests.
A professional’s rating link filters their reviews. Check the filter and use the shown return-to-all option; a filtered list is not the whole business.
For new review requests use Notifications → Ask for review after appointment. Enabling does not create reviews or guarantee client publication.
To delete, press that review’s trash and read confirmation. Confirm only the correct row, wait for success and verify removal; there is no opinion editor here.
The list loads recent reviews and may not show an entire long history. After load/delete failure reload and use support; a missing row is not proof of deletion.
