What campaign estimates mean

Expected bookings and recovered revenue are planning estimates; they do not prove sends, appointments or payments.

Step by step

  1. Open “Marketing” from the sidebar.
  2. As owner on Élite, open Marketing for the correct location and review the campaign card when it shows Segment, Expected bookings and Recovered revenue (estimated). First check it is the campaign and audience you intend to use.
  3. Reach starts from the audience preview, not all matched customers. General segments use contacts with a phone and current consent; Specific customers has its own selection count. Review permission and exclusions before sending.
  4. Expected bookings shows a range calculated from that audience size and an estimated rate for its audience type. It is a planning reference; these are not created appointments or a conversion promise.
  5. Estimated revenue multiplies the booking range by the average positive-priced appointment value over the last 180 days. Without priced history, only the booking range may appear. This calculation does not establish collected money or Wompi payments.
  6. Check the campaign maximum and remaining sending allowance separately: the estimate uses the segment and may exceed your chosen ceiling. It is not a count of accepted, delivered or read messages. Missing values do not establish an expected result of zero.
  7. After a send, compare against recorded campaign results and attributed appointments. Distinguish the prior estimate from actual results and saved appointment prices; reviewing an estimate does not generate content or send messages.

Feature availability depends on your plan and permissions.
