Duplicate a campaign for a new review

The copy is a new campaign, not safe recovery of an uncertain send.

Step by step

1. Open “Marketing” from the sidebar.
2. As owner with Élite, open Marketing and inspect the original/result. Use Duplicate when offered for deliberate content reuse.
3. Press once and wait. Find the new copy row; it can be ready with existing copy or a draft. Duplication alone does not send.
4. Recheck text/audience/images/discount conditions. Prior content/scope can carry over; copying does not prove current consent or allowance.
5. Save needed changes and approve that copy only if sending is intended. The original keeps its history; this is not a retry of the same message.
6. If original send or duplication is uncertain, inspect records/support before retrying. Duplicate-and-send can contact already-reached customers again.
