Configure birthday discount
It benefits an eligible appointment, not message balance or a free Acomply month.
Step by step
- Open “Marketing” from the sidebar.
- As owner, open Marketing in the correct location and “Birthday greetings”. Greetings are on every plan; “Birthday discount (Mía)” configures the reward separately.
- Enable the reward and choose a percentage from 1 to 100. Review it before Save; disabling email does not automatically disable the reward.
- Press Save and reload to check switch and percentage. After partial failure, verify every birthday field before retrying.
- Eligibility uses the saved birthday and appointment month, with one reward per customer/year. Campaign discounts have their own precedence; percentages do not simply add up.
- Verify the appointment’s saved price and consumed benefit. Do not edit birthdays or recreate appointments to obtain it again. Disable and Save to stop it; ask support about uncertain application.
