Enable and customize birthday email

Birthday email and birthday discount have separate controls.

Where do you use Acomply?

Step by step

Open “Marketing” from the sidebar.
As owner, open Marketing in the correct location and “Birthday greetings”. Greetings are on every plan; “Birthday discount (Mía)” configures the reward separately.
Enable the greeting and edit subject/message. Use nombre, shop and link inside braces as shown in the field; the preview uses sample values. Match any promised discount to the configured reward; email text does not apply a discount.
Press Save; this switch only prepares the change. Reload and verify enabled state, subject and message because fields save separately.
Automatic delivery needs a saved birthday and client email, plus an available published location. Save does not send a test or replay greetings already recorded that year.
To stop future greetings, disable and Save. For a missing email, inspect details, state and provider outcome; preview or attempt does not prove delivery. Do not duplicate the customer to resend.
